Formed in December 1992 by Managing Director, Martyn Heath who spent some 8 years working for the Seiko-Epson Corporation as a Quality and Manufacturing Consultant. Based in Stafford, TOP Q has established an enviable reputation for the implementation of Lean methodology and formal management systems. Our services are suitable for all levels of any organisation and cross seamlessly from manufacturing to service sectors. Our clients include, Ford Motor Company, Kawasaki UK, Mitsubishi Europe, Hitachi Europe, Jaguar, Rolls Royce and Seiko-Epson. We believe that management systems and Kaizen/Lean philosophies are best approached in a simple and practical way, without the use of overly complex methodology.    
We have consulted and trained in Lean and ISO Systems in the UK, Germany, Northern Ireland, Italy, Peoples Republic of China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan. Our service is based upon over 30 years of continued involvement in the subjects we deliver. We are approved suppliers to Ford, Jaguar LandRover, Mitsubishi, Kawasaki, Seiko-Epson, The Automotive Academy and have undertaken work for the The National Skills Academy for Manufacturing. We are also a Member of The Institute for Learning. Martyn has an MBA in TQM,  is IOSH Certified for Managing Safely, a CITB Certified Site Supervisor, has a A1 Award for NVQ Assessments and a ILM Approved Tutor.
